- All Prices shown are inclusive of GST.
- A
20% deposit is required to secure your reservation, along with your
signed Rental Agreement. Your deposit is not refundable unless the
rental cancellation is received 10 days prior to the rental date.
- The
remaining balance is due upon arrival at the event, prior to
installation. The balance may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card. A
3% bank charge will apply to all credit card transactions. A receipt
will be provided upon delivery.
- Star Jumps Castle Hire
reserves the right to cancel booking when, in its judgment, weather
conditions and site restrictions will be detrimental to its equipment.
This includes but is not limited to wind, rain, mud and unsuitable
venues.
- In the event of possible inclement weather, you will
be given the opportunity to cancel 2 hours prior to the event for a
full refund of your deposit. If you choose not to cancel, and we are
unable to set up due to any of the aforementioned constraints, then
your deposit will be non-refundable.
- Once the unit is set up,
the full amount of the rental is non-refundable (even if the event is
cut short due to inclement weather). We will advise you accordingly
prior to the event, if in our opinion, the weather may cause a problem.
